4. Data Storage and Subcontracting (GDPR) As part of the provision of our SaaS services, user and client data are processed and stored via the infrastructures of our technical sub-processors:

• Database (UPLI Application): Application usage data is managed and hosted via Supabase, Inc. (HQ: 65 Chulia Street, OCBC Centre, Singapore). Processing servers comply with the company's privacy standards and applicable regulations.

• Billing and CRM Management: Billing and subscription data are securely managed by Chargebee (European entity: Chargebee B.V., Piet Heinkade 55, 1019 GM Amsterdam, Netherlands).

Intellectual Property The general structure of the UPLI Site and SaaS Application, as well as the texts, graphics, images, sounds, videos, and algorithms comprising it, are the exclusive property of AGENCE OVB.
